1. Acceptance

By accessing Boland Property Limited you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Company-owned inventory

All lands and properties on this site are owned or managed by Boland Property. Customers and partners cannot list properties on this platform.

3. Purchases and investments

Purchases, installments and fractional investments are subject to a written subscription agreement issued at the point of sale. Payments are made by bank transfer to the Boland Property company account.

4. Partner commissions

Partners earn commission only on fully-paid, confirmed purchases traced to their referral code. Boland Property reserves the right to reject fraudulent or duplicate referrals.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boland Property is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site.
